Nadav Cohen
Nadav Cohen is an Associate Professor of Computer Science & AI at Tel Aviv University, and Co-Founder and CTO of Imubit. His work spans the foundations of deep learning through to its deployment in the physical world. His academic group develops mathematical theories and systematic experiments to produce principled algorithms, and his industrial labs build world models for decision making in physical AI, with systems in production at global scale.

Nadav holds a dual BSc in Electrical Engineering and Mathematics from the Technion and a PhD in Computer Science from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and was a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton. His honors include Senior Membership in the US National Academy of Inventors, an ERC Starting Grant, the Google Research Scholar Award, and the Google Doctoral Fellowship in Machine Learning.

Dr. Aya Soffer
Dr. Aya Soffer is an seasoned researcher and executive with over 35 years of experience leading cutting-edge research and development. She most recently served as the Vice President of AI Technologies for IBM Research and the Director of the IBM Research, Israel lab. In these roles, Dr. Soffer spearheaded IBM’s enterprise Generative AI data strategy, driving global scientific innovations from the worldwide labs into the commercial market, while actively fostering collaboration within the Israeli high-tech ecosystem.

Throughout her 27-year tenure at IBM, she guided several landmark initiatives into successful commercial products, including the historic Watson system and Project Debater. A respected thought leader in artificial intelligence, Dr. Soffer has authored more than 50 peer-reviewed papers and frequently serves as a keynote and invited speaker at major conferences.
