Q&A with Faculty Scholars
As we celebrate the first seven years of the Zuckerman STEM Leadership program, we are more than impressed at the program’s accomplishments in such a short time.
With Mortimer Zuckerman’s vision etched into the program, we have pursued enhanced collaboration and communication between the most promising STEM scholars in the US and Israel, bridging the gap between the scientific, business and philanthropic communities, and bringing them together with dynamic alternatives to traditional resources.
The Zuckerman STEM Leadership Program has demonstrated its greatest achievements though the success of its faculty scholars. Since 2016, the Zuckerman Faculty Scholars Program has contributed to Israel’s ‘Brain Gain” by bringing 43 Israeli scientists back to Israel from the United States and Canada, building a total of 43 new laboratories at each of the seven participating Israeli universities.
