Congratulations to Dr. Evgeniy Boyko, Zuckerman Postdoctoral Scholar alum, on the recent publication of a paper in the Journal of Fluid Mechanics. The published study sheds g light on how polymer elasticity and finite extensibility affect pressure drop in viscoelastic contracting flows, and introduces a refined analysis using the FENE-CR model.
