Congratulations to Zuckerman Faculty Scholar Yachin Ivry, Assistant Professor at the Technion, who will be Chairing the 15th International Meeting on Ferroelectricity (IMF) in Tel Aviv this March.
This marks the first time the international conference will be held in Israel, with 500 participants expected to attend. The IMF is the longest-running home for the vibrant research community of ferroelectricity and covers the field from basics and theory through material behavior, and processing to applications. Since the first IMF met in 1966, the field has experienced a rapid pace of outstanding discoveries and world-changing inventions.
