Yaniv Romano
Congratulations to Zuckerman Israeli Postdoctoral Scholar (alum) Yaniv Romano, on his election to the Israel Young Academy. He is among a select group of nine early-career scientists who were chosen for their outstanding contributions to research and academic excellence in Israel.
Founded by the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities in 2012, the Israel Young Academy is dedicated to the professional development of Israel’s outstanding early-career scientists, and aims to deepen their engagement with Israeli society and policymakers. The program also builds meaningful connections with emerging researchers around the globe.
Dr. Romano is an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the Technion, where he researches the reliable deployment of machine learning systems in real-world settings.
