Zuckerman Faculty Scholar Yoav Shechtman led a series of sessions on the use of “AI in Optics” at the recent OASIS 2025 conference in Tel Aviv. The sessions showcased his and other’s visionary work that lies at the intersection of machine learning and photonics. Topics included AI-powered microscopy and computational imaging breakthroughs, to demonstrating how algorithms are opening new frontiers in the way people see and measure the world.
